The customization process may require additional development and production time, depending on the complexity of the customization. Prices may be adjusted according to the required design workload, the complexity of special materials and functions. Packaging specifications: Aima Walkman intelligent electric scooter uses a strong five-layer corrugated box packaging, with high pressure resistance, to ensure that in the process of transportation to avoid pressure damage. Transportation costs: Transportation costs are calculated based on destination, mode of transportation, package size and package weight, maintaining transparency and competitiveness to ensure that customers get the best logistics solution within their budget. All fees will be quoted clearly before the service is provided, and no hidden fees will be charged.

Return and Refund
We have a simple and straightforward refund policy designed to provide a good customer experience. If the customer needs a refund due to the problem of the product itself, just contact us within 14 days after receipt, we will provide detailed return process and guidance. All returns should be kept in the original packaging and unused state of the product. We will complete the refund within 7 working days after processing the return request, and continue to optimize and improve our customer service.
