Return and Refund
1. Return conditions:
If the product has quality problems or is damaged during transportation, the customer can apply for a return within 7 days after receipt of the goods.
The returned products must remain in their original state, unused, complete packaging, accessories, instructions and other accompanying documents.
Custom or special order products (products produced according to customer's special specifications) are not supported to return goods without reason.
For returns caused by non-product quality problems, the freight shall be borne by the customer.
