1. Customization requirements description: customers can put forward specific customization requirements for AIMA egg electric vehicles, including vehicle color, logo customization, special performance parameters, etc., in order to meet the personalized needs of different markets or brands.
two。 Technical requirements: customized products should comply with international safety standards and relevant technical specifications of electric vehicles to ensure that the customized modification of motor performance, mileage and intelligent system does not affect the overall performance and safety of the vehicle.
3. Quantity requirements: the minimum starting quantity of custom orders is 500 units, so that we can arrange the production line and ensure the balance of cost-effectiveness. A large number of orders will enjoy a certain price discount.
4. Delivery time: the specific delivery time will be determined according to the complexity of the customized demand and the quantity of the order. The expected delivery period of the standard custom order is 60-90 days. The customer should confirm the demand in advance to ensure the proper production schedule.
5. Customized price and payment method: the price of customized products will be calculated according to the complexity of customized demand and the quantity ordered. We accept the terms of payment of Tamp T or Lhammer C. 30% advance payment is required for the first customized order, and the balance is settled before delivery.
6. Custom samples: we provide custom sample services to ensure that customer expectations and technical specifications are met. The sample fee will be deducted in the follow-up bulk order.
7. Customized agreement: customers need to sign a customized agreement with Emma Electric vehicle to clarify the technical specifications, price terms, delivery time and quantity and other important factors. Once signed, the agreement between the two parties will be legally binding.
8. After-sales service: customized products will enjoy the same after-sales service policy as standard products, including quality assurance, parts replacement, technical support and other services, and provide a product warranty period of at least one year.
9. Cooperation mode: Emma Electric vehicle is willing to explore flexible and diverse cooperation modes with various partners, including exclusive agent, regional cooperation or OEM cooperation, in order to promote win-win development.
1. Packing specification: AIMA egg electric car uses strong packaging material to ensure the safety of the product in the process of transportation. Each electric car customizes the packing box according to its size, and adds shockproof protection materials in the box to reduce the potential damage caused by vibration during transportation.
two。 Mode of transport: products can be transported in international trade by sea, land or air, depending on the destination and customer needs. Sea transportation is suitable for large quantities of orders, land transportation is suitable for relatively nearby areas, and air transportation is used for orders that need to arrive quickly.
3. Identification signs: each package will be affixed with clear transport labels and warning signs, including fragile, upward and rain-proof information to ensure proper handling during handling.
4. Express delivery: according to customer needs, provide different levels of service options from standard express delivery to express delivery. Slower but lower-cost regular couriers are suitable for customers with limited budgets, while express services are suitable for customers with urgent needs for delivery time.
5. Protective measures: in the packaging process, all electric vehicles will be tightly sealed to prevent moisture, dust and other external factors. Sensitive parts such as batteries will be specially isolated and protected.
6. Transportation cost: the cost will be calculated based on the distance of transportation, the mode of transportation chosen, the size and weight of the package, and any additional service charges (such as express delivery, insurance, etc.). Refund policy
I. return policy
1. Application conditions:
The customer has a 7-day unexplained return period and a 30-day quality return period from the date of receipt. During this period, customers can apply for return and ensure that the products are unused, complete packaging and complete accessories.
two。 Return process:
(a) submit a return request: the customer submits a return request through the official service channel, indicating the reason for the return, and providing order information and product photos.
(B) return audit: we will review within 1-3 working days after receiving the application and inform the customer of the return audit result.
(C) return delivery: after the examination and approval, the customer will have to bear the initial return freight if the product is returned according to the return address provided by us.
(d) return inspection: we will complete the inspection within 1-5 working days after receiving the returned goods and confirm the status of the products.
(e) apply for a refund: if the product status meets the return conditions, we will apply for a refund within 1-7 working days. If a refund is made through a bank transfer, the refund time may be extended depending on the processing time of the customer's bank.
3. Quality problems return:
If the product has non-artificial quality problems within 30 days, after being confirmed by our technical department, we will bear the freight back and forth, and provide maintenance services or replacement of equivalent new products, or a full refund.
4. Special case handling:
Except for customized products, the standard return policy is not applicable. If the goods need to be returned due to quality problems, they will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract.
II. Refund policy
1. Refund method:
The refund method will be refunded by default to the original payment path, unless otherwise arranged by coordination under special circumstances.

In general, the refund will be returned to the original payment account within 1-7 working days after the refund. If there is a delay in the processing of the bank or payment platform, the refund limitation may be extended accordingly.
3. Other instructions:
If the customer returns for many times for personal reasons, it may affect the enjoyment of the return service. We will reserve the right to check and refuse to return the goods under such circumstances.
